GOD’S PLAN IS FOR YOUR SUCCESS.

SERIES: HOLINESS- GOD’S WAY TO GREATNESS.

TEXT: JEREMIAH 29:11.

Our Father is omnipotent. He has all power. Promotion comes from Him. He puts one down and sets another one up. Every good gift and every perfect gift from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no shadow of turning- James 1: 17.

The rules of success for the child of God are not the same as for those not born again.

The child of God is established in righteousness- Isaiah 54:14-15.

To be established to succeed, God says, “if you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land”- Isaiah 1:19.

How to succeed in the kingdom:-

OBEDIENCE- Deut. 28:1-13.

The condition of endless blessings from God is given in verse 1; “if you faithfully Obey the voice of the Lord your God, being careful (diligent) to do all his commandments…”
God promises to set you high above all the nations of the earth- 1.
God promises to bless the work of your hands (your basket)- V.5.
God promises to fight and divide your enemies- V.7.
God promises to bless all that you undertake- V.8.
God promises great blessings that the people of the world will see and be afraid of you- V.10.
God promises you great wealth that only you will be able to lend and never borrow- V.12.
God promises to make you the leader in prosperity, the head and not the tail- V.13.

GOD PROMISES SUCCESS IN LIFE IF YOU LIVE HOLY

Job 22:23-24- if you return to the Lord, you’ll be established, you will put iniquity/sin far away from your tent, then you’ll have gold like dust.
Your children will never borrow food, they will have enough- Psalm 37:25, 26.
A righteousness man is blessed by God to even leave blessings/inheritance for his children.

GREAT PEOPLE PROMOTED BY GOD

JOB: Job was a multi billionaire, greatly blessed by God to become the wealthiest man in the Middle East- Job 1:3. It’s God who blessed Job- Job 1:9-10. Reasons for his blessings, he was one who feared God and turned away from evil- Job 1:1.
JACOB: he left Palestine for Paddan- Aram with nothing but a stuff in his hand. God blessed greatly in Laban’s place as he lived righteously. He returned to Palestine very wealthy, blessed of God- Gen. 32:10.
ISAAC: he was greatly blessed by God. He became so wealthy among the Philistines until they feared him and they asked him to leave the land- they didn’t feel safe with such a foreigner in their midst- Gen.26:13-16.
KING UZZIAH: God blessed with wealth and fame. As long as he sought the Lord, God made him to prosper- 2^nd 26:5.
JOSEPH OF ARIMATHEA: was a wealthy man, a good and righteous man and a follower of Jesus and God had blessed him. He, with Nicodemus came to Golgotha and carried the body of the Lord from the cross and buried it- Matt. 27:57-60.
