Faith is a great asset in Christianity. It is that which motivates us in our lives and it keeps us going.

Often, the Lord answered requests made to Him by “Let it be done according to your faith.” Our Lord Jesus rebuked His disciples for having little faith. The word of God says that even when we pray, unless we ask in faith without doubting, we won’t receive what we are asking for.

Faith is what helps us remain strong during hard times.

Faith is tested. It’s testing produces patience-James 2:3. As we stand firm during trials God gets the glory-1^st Peter 1:7.

Because of faith in God Abraham’s trust in God was credited to him for righteousness-Genesis 15:6.

ONE MUST BELIEVE THAT GOD EXISTS.

In order to please God one must believe that God exists.

The fool says in his heart that there’s no God-Psalm 14:1.
The Bible calls anyone a fool, who does not believe in the existence of God. Today in the world of science many deny the existence of God and its widely taught everywhere that creation did not come from a creator.
The big bang theory widely taught in the academic world states that around 13.7 billion years ago, an explosion expansion began from a small particle to the universe we know living and non-living things. It disapproves the theory of creation in the book of Genesis.
On the contrary the fantastic design of creation cannot have originated from random explosion.

ONE MUST BELIEVE THAT GOD REWARDS.

God is a rewarder of those who seek Him diligently. No one can please God without believing this.

God must be sought. God is a great king and the creator and it is the duty of the creature to seek God.
2^nd Chronicles 7:14. If my people, who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face…….. then I will hear from heaven.
James 4:8, come near to God and He will come near to you.
Jeremiah 29:13. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
Proverbs 8:17. I love those who love me, and those who seek me find.
Psalm 14:2. The Lord looks down from heaven on all mankind to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God.
Psalm 27:4. One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek Him in his temple.
Psalm 34:10. The lion may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.
Lamentations 3:25. The Lord is good to those whose hope is in Him, to the one who seeks Him.
Isaiah 55:6-7. Seek the Lord while He may be found, call on Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts. Let them turn to the Lord and He will have mercy on them and to our God, for he will freely pardon.
