DESTROYING SATANIC ALTARS

TEXT: 1 KINGS 13:1-5; EXODUS 23:1.

There are so many satanic altars that are raised against a child of God to prevent the fulfilment of the purpose of God in his/her life, but all these satanic altars could be pulled down by the power of the Holy Spirit. Last Sunday we saw that satanic chains are broken through the power of the Holy Spirit-Isaiah 61:1-2. In 1^st Kings 13:1-5 we can see several things about satanic altars.

1. Jeroboam stood by the altar to burn incense;

Sacrifice is offered at the altar to satan or to God depending on who is offering and what and how it is being offered.

2. The man of God cried against the altar;

• It is possible to speak against satanic altars in the name of Jesus Christ.
• Altars are living, so they can hear. Remember everything has spiritual ears and eyes.
• It is my prayer that the word of God will pull down all satanic altars raised against you-in Jesus name.

3. The king Jeroboam stretched forth his hand from the altar against the man of God;

• Evil can be programmed against the people of God from satanic altars.

4. The altar was rent and the ashes poured out from the altar;

• Satanic altar can be completely destroyed through a prophetic utterance in the name of the Lord.
• In the same order, I prophesy against all satanic altars raised against the purpose of God in your life-in Jesus name. Let us learn:-

THE PURPOSE OF SATANIC ALTARS.

• Satanic altars whether they exist in the physical or spiritual are raised to fulfil one or more of the following purposes:

1. It is a place designed for offering sacrifices to satan and demons in order to oppose them or make a request for their assistance.
2. It is a place where blood is shed either of animals or of humans and because life of anything is in its blood, there is blood crying at satanic altars.
3. It is a satanic dining table where evil spirits and demons are served food. They can be served their usual food in order to attract their blessings upon the purpose offering the sacrifice, or they gave wrong food on behalf of someone so that the demons can punish the person.
4. It is a place of spiritual exchange: at the satanic altars, they can exchange people’s glory and destiny to turn them to nonentity.

• Someone’s heart or brain can be exchanged to that of an animal, stone. Someone’s shinning glory can be exchanged to dull. All these exchanges take place at satanic altars.

5. It is a place of spiritual fellowship for demonic spirits and their agents. At satanic altars, people who consult evil priests and demonic people are in fellowship with demons whether aware of it or not.

• In the same way the people of God at the altar of God are having spiritual fellowship with the Holy Spirit and the Holy angels.

6. It is a place of making satanic covenants, or sealing a spiritual contract either the people concerned are conscious of it or not.

• The only covenant we as children of God apart from the covenant of the blood of Jesus Christ is the covenant of marriage that is done in God’s way according to His word. Off course there are pastoral ordinations that come to the altar.
• Any other covenant is satanic and will have evil consequences.
• For a young man and young lady to drink their own blood is satanic.

7. It is a seat of power, a place of making decisions and taking deliberations by satanic spirits and demons.

• At satanic altars, demons and their agents take decisions over the lives of people and deliberate on what to do against or in support of their subjects.
• They also have power demonstrated from the altar.

8. It is a place of evil spiritual transactions. Many lives and destinies are traded and brought at satanic altars.

• Joseph was sold to Egypt so that the purpose of God for him will not come to pass, in a similar way may have been sold or being sold at satanic altars and their God-given visions and dreams could no longer be realized.

9. It is a place of spiritual monitoring and control of people and events in the spirit realm.

• There are people who are being monitored and their lives are being tele-guided by satanic agents, such people can never be successful in life unless by the power of the Holy Spirit. Such monitoring takes place at satanic altars.

10. It is a place of spiritual communication, reinforcements and evaluation of satanic activities.

• At satanic altars communication goes on among the spirits and forces of darkness, they can also reinforce themselves in attacking their subjects and carry out an evaluation of their activities all at satanic altars.

THE PROCESSESS AT SATANIC ALTARS.

• Apart from satanic altars, altars of idols, shrines and family occults that are seen physically other satanic altar exist spiritually. The following are some of the processes that take place at satanic altars.

1. Placing sacrifices at T-Junctions: sacrifices are placed at T-junctions in the midnight with the intention that the first person to see the sacrifice after it has been placed. The evil intention is transferred to him/her. The blood of Jesus Christ is able to break such sacrifices.
2. Praying with candles, incense and perfumes: pastors that pray with or carryout any religious activities with such materials are operating satanic altars. These candles attract demons and evil spirits rather than the presence of God.
3. Reading of satanic books, occultic or demonic books.

• Using the Bible in a satanic way for example reading Pslams into water to drink or bath, using the Bible to curse or using it as a magical book to reveal secrets and so on.

4. Having special bath at the river or using special prayer water in bathing.

• False prophets prescribe stream bath to give people out in covenant with water spirits (marine).
• Sometime they ask you to rub yourself with a candle and throw the candle and the sponge into the river backwards without looking back. Only demons can attend to such practices.

5. Consulting trees or hanging something on trees or keeping something by the trees. God is not found in trees and bushes but anywhere where you can call on His name from a pure heart. He will answer and deliver.
6. Making images wood or mud to represent people and influencing them spiritually. These are satanic activities.
7. Sharing food, money or gifts after making some satanic utterances.

• Many people are introduced to devil worship through food eaten in real life or in a dream or because of receiving food, gifts or money.
• I prophecy in the name of Jesus Christ any food, gifts or money you received which attached you to Satan- be destroyed in the name of Jesus Christ.

8. Spreading something on the floor for others to tread upon so as to gain access into their lives.
9. Taking somebodies materials or body parts to use for rituals or for other satanic activities.

• Materials such as clothing, underwears, shoes, bags, toothbrushes to be taken to satanic agents to use in satanic altars.
• Sometimes these items are returned, when you use them you get afflicted, body parts like placenta, hair, nails etc may be taken to satanic altars to represent their owners.

THE POWER TO DESTROY SATANIC ALTARS.

• Only the power of the Holy Spirit can pull down satanic altars. Human power, knowledge or ability will not be able to do that-Zach. 4:6-6.
• The power of the Holy Spirit is available to every born again child of God-Mark 16:15-18.
• Maintain a godly living in order to enjoy continuous support of the Holy Spirit.
• Renounce all covenants with the devil known and unknown, all properties of the devil in your possession must be destroyed in the name of Jesus Christ.
• You must take the word of God is your only standard for life and practice.
