POWER OVER EVIL DREAMS AND VISIONS.

MY GOD IS MY DELIVERER

ACTS 2:17-21; MATHEW 13:24-30

Dreaming is a natural way in which the spirit world breaks out into our lives. Dreams can be described as the dark speech of the spirit. They can be keys to unlocking the door to the inner world. Dreams are a means of revelation. Modern man has chosen to ignore and totally reject dreams. Many modern people fear that interest in them is lack of civilization. The fact that if we would listen, dreams can help us find increased spiritual victory and help. Let us learn:-

1. DREAMS ARE SOUCERS OF REVELATION (Acts 2:17-21)

• Once we understand that dreams can be key to unlocking the door to the spirit world, we can take vital steps.
• First, we can specifically pray, inviting God to inform us through our dreams and visions.
• Secondly, we can declare war against evil dreams and visions that can be used against us.
• Thirdly, we should learn how to interpret dreams and visions.
• Fourthly, the best way to discover the meaning of dreams and visions is to ask the Holy Spirit.
• God promised to speak to His people by dreams, visions and prophecy in the last days-(Acts 2:17).
• Therefore, our dreams, visions and prophesies need to be studied and analyzed with a view to decoding their messages.
• Unfortunately, there is a big problem in our lives because of satanic dreams, visions and prophecies.
• There is no other passage to turn to for proper understanding of victory over satanic dreams than Mathew 13:25. “But when men slept, his enemies came and sowed………………..”

1. THERE ARE DANGERS IN DREAMS, VISIONS AND PROPHECIES(Mathew 13:25)

We face three types of danger.

1. A lot of people are so deep in spiritual sleep that they never remember what they dreamt about.
2. When you dream and forget everything you stand the danger of missing the message and ministration from God, if God was the one speaking through the dream, vision or prophecy.
3. If the enemy is carrying out an evil activity and you forget the dream then you face the danger of remaining under bondage.

• If you usually forget dreams on a regular basis, you have a very serious spiritual problem.
• THE SOURCES OF DREAMS.
• Every normal person sleeps about 8 hours each day.
• One third of our lives is spent sleeping!!
• So a lot of time is spent dreaming and visioning.
• Dreams, visions, prophesies, can come from 1. God. 2. Self. 3. Satan.
• When a dream, vision, prophecy is from God, the dreamer is left normal, calm, quiet, reasonable, clear minded and sober.
• A dream from God will give assurance, encouragement, comfort, direction, instruction, guidance, exhortation, correction, revelation of the future, revelation of His plans and purposes to you.
• A dream from Satan will be mysterious, absurd, sometimes empty, sometimes foolish, confusing, dazed, unreasonable, most times it will make nonsense.
• If the dream is humanistic, it will be self-centered, materialistic, worldly and fleshly. It will be sential and sinful.
• Satan turns anything that should be a friend of man into an enemy.

1. EVIL DREAMS AND VISIONS.

• Drinking dirty water-It means the enemy wants to poison your spiritual life and reduce your spiritual life.
• Drowning and crying for help-The enemy is planning tribulations and trials for you. Something keeps obstructing you as you seek to cross from one place to another-The enemy is hindering your progress.
• Always eating and your mouth is forced to open to take food in a dream-The enemy wants to weaken your spiritual power and plant sickness into your life.
• Always eating meat-You have become a witch or participating in witchcraft feeding.
• Climbing a mountain with difficult-The enemy is making your toil before you can survive.
• Being in traffic hold-up-The enemy is introducing sluggishness into your life, to hinder you from reaching your goals in life.
• Nursing or breastfeeding a strange baby-The enemy is drinking the milk of your life.
• Falling into a pit and unable to come out-The enemy has imprisoned you.
• Wind and whirlwind fighting against you-God is trying to tell you that there are troubles ahead to retard your progress.
• Cap being blown away by wind-It means disgrace is on its way for you.
• Loss of something important like shoes-Material disturbance is coming.
• Documents stolen in the dream-The enemy will make those documents useless.
• Clothes being stolen in a dream-This is attack on your honor and glory.
• Carrying a heavy load-Satan is introducing paralyzing problems into your life, until you cannot move.
• Sitting for examinations without finishing them or never ending-The spirit of frustration and failure.
• Being in the dark in a dream-Spiritual blindness.
• Seeing fire destroying things-The enemy is trying to introduce calamity and woe into your life.
• Travelling and the road is becoming longer and longer, the journey never ending-Frustration in your life.
• Being shot with an arrow or gun-Affliction of terrible nature.
• Wearing a rug-Spirit of poverty and lack.
• Being in an environment with feaces and sewage-The enemy is making you miss heaven.
• Being naked in the dream-Disgrace and insecurity.
• Wedding ring or gown stolen or torn-Attack on your marriage.
• House being burgled and things stolen-Spiritual emptiness into your life.
• A child missing-You have to pray hard for the child not to die.
• A woman shaving your hair-The enemy wants to kill your husband.
• Dreaming of masquerades-Witchcraft and ancestral spirits pursuing you.
• Being attacked by dogs-These are sexual demons.
• Being attacked by cats and serpents-Witchcraft attacks from the pit of hell.
• Seeing crocodiles-The spirit of leviathan is disturbing you emotionally, mentally and physically.
• Bleeding through the nose or elsewhere in the body-Witchcraft attack against your health.
• Having sex in the dream-This is a sign that you have a spirit spouse.
• Going back to your childhood days-Retardation and backwardness.
• Dying in the dream or seeing coffins or being visited by the dead-Death, financial, material, spiritual etc.
• Being pursued by animals-Problems are being introduced into your life.
• Seeing bats and owls-Hypocrites are working against you.
• Seeing cobwebs-The spirit of poverty, rejection or disfavor.
• Wearing wigs in a dream-Evidence of fake and vain glory.
• Seeing padlocks, jungles, handcuffs, chains-locked up life, working for nothing, traps being set out for you.
• If you dream crying-Serious sorrow is coming.

WAY OUT.

• Give your life to Christ (Col. 1:13-14)
• Fully dedicate yourself to God.
• Don’t be a satanic broadcaster-Gossip. Talkative people are never prophets.
• The anointing of the Holy Spirit will break the yoke.

CONCLUSION

• Every satanic bondage from evil dreams programmed into my destiny, scatter in the name of Jesus Christ.
• Every sickness, failure, witchcraft, evil arrow, agent, be defeated by fire in Jesus Name.
• Every good thing I have lost in my dreams-I reposes you back in Jesus Name.
• I withdraw my virtues from the cage of darkness-in the Name of Jesus Christ (Rev. 12:11)
