TEXT: ACTS 10:38, ISAIAH 45

God anoints those that are submitted to His will and whatever they build in their lifetime look like God’s kingdom. God always anoints His kings. We are His kings, we represent His kingdom on earth during our lifetime. We pray “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” God has an agenda for the earth and it is a kingdom agenda. God takes that which is in heaven and releases it on earth. God does this through anointed men and women.

When God saves you and places His spirit within you, He does not see you as a failure or someone who is incomplete, He sees us as His children, men and women as kings. We are His kings, as such we are co-rulers with Him. As members of the royal household, he anoints us. We cannot have a kingdom mindset or rule without the anointing.

Throughout history, God always anointed the kings that He appointed in their season. He anointed kings Soul, David, Solomon etc. to become kings over God’s interests on the earth for their generation. We cannot fulfill our kingly responsibilities without the anointing of God. God anointed Jesus Christ. He did not preach the message of the kingdom before He was anointed (Acts 10:38; Luke 4:18-19)

God does not only anoint Pastors of the church , but also anoints all His children to fulfill His purpose on earth and achieve this purpose through the anointing of His power. In Isaiah 45, God called Kings Cyrus. The name Cyrus meant something to God, so don’t let anyone despise your name. Some people call you names that God has not called you, people can call you names that limit you or control you, and this comes from Satan. God has anointed you to accomplish for the kingdom during your season, let us find out the secrets from Isaiah 45;

I.  GOD ANOINTS KINGS FOR THE NATIONS (Isaiah 45:1)

“Thus says the Lord to His anointed, to Cyrus whose right hand I have held- To subdue nations before him” v.1

• God cannot call us for the Nations if we do not love the nations.
• God is the Lord of the Nations, nations we like and nations we don’t like.
• Before God, all tribes are Nations (Ethinos)
• All tribes were created by God and we cannot do the work of the Kingdom if we do not love people.
• The anointing on our lives is an anointing that extends to every Nation on earth.

II.  GOD ANOINTS KINGS FOR SUPERNATURAL FINANCES (isa.45:3)

“I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secrets places, that you may know that I, the Lord who call you by your name, Am the God of Israel”

• When we are obedient to our specific call, God will release specific finances.
• God’s call is supernatural, so He will release supernatural finances for the task.
• When God anointed Cyrus, He anointed his finances.
• Where will these finances come from? They are hidden in secret places and only God knows where they are.
• We should not look to people as our source. Let us make God our source.
• God has called us for big things that require huge resources
• God provides finances for His purposes.
• Supernatural projects requires large supernatural finances.
• When God releases your destiny, He will release resources for the journey.
• There are only two kingdoms, anything that does not build God’s kingdom benefits Satan’s kingdom.
• Genesis 15:5 – “Then He brought him outside and said “look now towards heaven, and count the stars, if you are able to number them” and He said to him “so shall your descendants be”
• Abraham sat in his tent, his tent became his vision.
• God had to bring Abraham outside of his tent so he could see the vision God had for him.
• Some of us have a “bedsitter vision,” bicycle vision, Toyota vision, 50×100 vision, God is bringing us outside.
• Abraham got his stars vision, no limited vision.

III.  GOD ANOINTS KINGS FOR A RELATIONSHIP (ISA.45:4)

• “For Jacob my servant’s sake, and Israel my elect, I have even called you by your name, I have named you, though you have not known Me.”
• God is a very personal God and is concerned with the wellbeing of every individual.
• God knew you, before you came to know Him.
• God knew that mighty Nation would be birthed from the life of Jacob, despite his failures!!

IV.  GOD ANOINTS KINGS FOR A PURPOSE (ISA 45:5-7)

• The steps of a good man or woman are ordered by the Lord.
• God orchestrates and anoints the steps of His kings.
• The journey God takes you may not be easy, but the destination will be right for you.
• We walk by faith and are led by His spirit (Psalm 23:4)

V.  GOD ANOINTS KINGS FOR REVIVAL (ISA 45:8)

• “Rain down you heavens, from above and let the skies pour down righteousness, let the earth open, let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together. I, the Lord, have created it”
• Despite coronavirus (covid-19) this generation will see the greatest revival ever in history.
• We are anointed for revival

VI.  GOD ANOINTS KINGS FOR SUBMISSION (ISA 45:9-10)

• Our choices determine our final destination.
• We cannot have authority unless we are under authority.
• We must submit to God and to earthly leaders.
• The vision of the Church cannot be successful unless the people are in submission.

VII.  GOD ANOINTS KINGS FOR NEW ASSIGNMENTS (ISA 45:14-15)

VIII.  GOD ANOINTS KINGS FOR SALVATION (ISA 45:22)

• Our assignment is to the ends of the earth

IX.  GOD ANOINTS KINGS FOR THE NEXT GENERATION (ISA 45:25)

• “In the Lord all the generation of Israel shall be justified and shall glory”
• God will make sure that the anointing upon you will pass on to your children.

CONCLUSION

• God has anointed you for something great.
• Present yourself to the king every day and follow is daily plan for your life.
• Make yourself available to the Master daily.
• God will give you secrets that others in business do not know. He will give you favor and position you in this season.
• Do not miss your destiny, pursue God, He will bless you.
