  • Jesus Christ is the only hiding place, a place of safety
  • “A man shall be as an hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest (Isaiah 32:2)
  • This life is liable to storms, mysterious hurricanes, and overwhelming tempests of Spiritual distress on account of sin.
  • There are fierce blasts of temptations, insinuations, suggestions and denunciations from Satan.

III.  THE MOST HIGH

“In the secret place of the Most High”

  • God is above all, He is the highest of all. He is Jehovah Elohim, the creator of all things, the all-powerful one, He knows all things, can do all things and is present everywhere.
  • The Most High is immortal, infallible, the everlasting one. He is the beginning and the end, alpha and omega, the source of life.

  • Since there is no shadow without an object, it means that it is God Himself that will protect those who abide in Him.
