THERE IS COMPLETE PROTECTION FOR YOU

SERIES: DIVINE PROTECTION FOR YOU

TEXT: PSALM 91:7-10

These four verses give us a revelation of our complete protection. When you are full of courage and void of any kind of fear. When you put your trust in God, then all your enemies will scatter before you. Nothing will move you any longer. Such is the assurance in the verses above. The fear of the Lord is the key to successful living. When you fear the Lord, the kingdom of heaven will be opened for you and divine protection and provision in life. The Name of the Lord is a strong tower the righteous run to it and are safe” (Prov 18:10). Let us notice

I.   A THOUSAND SHALL FALL AT THY SIDE. (PSALM 91:7)

  • Your total protection will begin when you trust in God with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6)
  • Your enemies may come all around you, everyone around you may be sick, poor, robbed, anxious, in fear, and tormented.
  • But it will not come near you if you claim the word of God.
  • When you are full of God’s word, your faith will be strong and you will live victoriously in this life.
  • Many believers will not receive the blessing of the Lord because of their ignorance.
  • You must take hold of the promises of God, confess the word with your mouth and believe them in your heart and they will come to pass.

  • There are two things that God promises will not come to you.
  1. No evil shall befall you.
  2. No plague shall come near your dwellings.
  • You are a spirit being, you have a soul and you dwell in a physical body.
  • Your own personal dwelling is your body and your dwelling place is in the Lord.
  • Since Jesus Christ is your personal saviour and Lord, you are in Him and He is in you, therefore.
