WAR AGAINST THE WASTERS

ISAIAH 54:16-17, MATTHEW 12:29

INTRODUCTION

The bible says “How can anyone enter a strongman’s house and carry off his possessions unless he first ties up the strongman? Then he can rob his house” (Matt.12:29). The evil power that has dealt a deadly blow on the black race in particular and has arrested its developmental process is the strongman over Africans. How can you account for the fact that although Africa is very rich yet Africans are poor? We are telling about the power of the wasters. These wasters must be dealt with, they are responsible for destroying God’s plans for individuals, families, tribes and nations. Pray;

  1. Every virtue of my life that the enemy is sitting up, come to me by fire in the Name of Jesus.
  2. Anything planted into my life to disgrace me, come out now in the Name of Jesus.

Sin is the pathway to the destroyers and wasters (Judg.2:13-14) sin is the destroyer of destinies not just generational curses, family enemies, witches etc.

To overcome the westers make Psalm 18 your war cry the days of your life. Look at Isaiah 54:16-17. The Spirit of the waster is the most terrible demon that has demoted the Blackman. This spirit is at work in every African country (Isaiah 19-20).

Let us learn:-

I.  WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO WASTE

  • To waste is to use wrongly- many are used wrongly
  • Not using a thing maximally- underemployment.
  • Rendering a useful thing idle.
  • To render something worthless or to make it useless
  • To damage something completely
  • Before the spirit of the wasters can take over an environment, it must first grab the individuals who make up the inhabitants of the place.

II.  PROBING YOUR LIFE

  1. Do I really know where my God-given prosperity lies? Am I spending my years drawing water and hewing wood like the Gibeonites? (Joshua 9:21) Do you find yourself every year cutting wood and carrying water for your oppressors?
  2. Do you really know what you must do to prosper?
  3. What are the things that I am happy doing?
  4. What are the things that God has planted in my life that have a capacity of demand?
  5. What are those things that I can accomplish with minimum assistance?
  • If you cannot clearly answer the above questions, then the wasters are already at work in your life. Satan has managed to waste many people through womanizing, smoking, drinking, moving about in the night.
  • Many are growing old without a meaningful progress.
  • A lot of women have been wasted through accidental pregnancies and abortions that mess up their bodies forever.
  • Many have married the wrong people, wrong husband wrong wife getting the wrong children.
  • The demon of waste makes us not to recognize opportunities- Africa has best brains, pilots, computer technicians, firefighters etc., but.

III.  MANIFESTATIONS OF WASTAGE IN LIFE

  • Failure to recognize opportunities or capitalization of opportunities.
  • Attracting the wrong people to your life, wife, husband, workers- you are trying to fly but people hung on your wings- bleeding you to death.
  • Wrong location- leeward side of life, obscurity.
  • Reject every manifestation of backwardness in your life, in the Name of Jesus.
  • Stop stoning Moses- blaming others for our problems. Your destiny is surely in your hands. Rise up and challenge the spirit of the wasters, fight with holy anger.
  • Challenge the spirit of aimlessness and procrastination.
  • The spirit of wasters leads to putting our money into useless projects.
  • It is the waster that circulates a woman from one husband to the other, a man from one wife to another.
  • A woman who was getting married to a man whose first five wives had died one after the other!!
  • Esau wasted all his opportunities, Bartimaeus was delivered from generational wastage.
  • Samson was a wasted man, Goliath was a waste.
  • The worst thing to waste is life.

V.  BREAKING LOOSE FROM THE WASTERS.

  • Have you opened your door to wasters?
  • Many Pastors are wasting themselves like Gehazi, running after gifts and money and things- the spirit of Gehazi is a leprosy.
  • Battle against the wasters- when there is a witch in a family of twenty and the witch demands 18 people in two years- she will fist eat the bright ones.
  • Africans we really wasted, medical doctors, dentists, professors, teachers etc are washing dishes, cleaning streets and baby seating in Europe, America and Dubai.
  • Refuse to be wasted.

 

CONCLUSION PRAY:

  1. I refuse to be wasted in Jesus Name.
  2. Every waster of my prosperity, fall down and die in the Name of Jesus.
  3. I release myself from every evil family pattern of poverty in Jesus Name.
  4. Every prosperity paralysis from household wickedness come out in Jesus Name.
  5. Every handshake of poverty come out with all your roots in Jesus Name.
